RYP has two fun events this week. This week, on Wednesday, join RYP for a social at one of Rochester’s most popular and delicious restaurants, Dinosaur Barbeque. Dinosaur will be providing complimentary food and drink specials. On Friday, RYP members have been invited to attend a gallery opening at Venu restaurant with wine and chocolate tasting.

RYP joins Gallery Opening

Runs: March 5th
Times: 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Location: Venu-151 St. Paul St.
Description: RYP members have been invited to attend the Four Walls Gallery opening featuring contemporary artist, Kurt Ketchum. Kurt Ketchum is the co-creator and founder of SMUV Brand, an up and coming design studio. Kurt Ketchum's style is unique, blurring the lines of graphic design, illustration and fine art.  Come enjoy the exhibit of Kurt Ketchum and his most recent contemporary paintings and share in the enjoyment of Live Music, Hor D'Oeuvres, and a Chocolate and Wine Tasting as the exhibit features its opening.

Red Cross Dinner & Benefit

Description: To Benefit the Northern Livingston County Chapter of the American Red Cross. Featuring a gourmet 5-course meal from Rochester Area Professional Chefs. Hosted by WBEE Radio Personality Jeremy Newman.

Fundraiser for Literacy

Runs: March 6th
Times: 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Location: Ferry Terminal-Ontario Beach
Description: Tickets are $30. Dinner provided by Pier45 includes: Lemon slaw, Jambalaya, Shrimp Creole, Grilled Corn- tomato salad, Red beans and rice, Sweet corn breadFree Hurricanes, a traditional Mardi Gras drink - both alcoholic & NA, Coffee, Tea and Dessert
Masks Required – Costumes Encouraged.
Fund the Children Mardi Gras party to raise much needed funding for non-profit agencies in the Literacy Zone. These community organizations include Charles Settlement House, Grace Urban Ministries, YMCA on Driving Park Avenue, Edgerton Recreation Center, Sisters of Notre Dame Learning Center Future Boxing, Mercy Bridges, Mary’s Place and the Rochester Public Library.
