This week, join RYP for two events. On Tuesday, join RYP for medical supply sorting at Intervol. This is a great opportunity to have fun while volunteering and meeting new people. Drink specials and complimentary pizza, pasta, and appetizers will be provided.

Don’t miss out on fun at the upcoming young professionals night at the Rhinos Game on Wednesday, August 4th at 7pm. One ticket + two beers is only $15. Enjoy a great night of unbelievable drink specials as the Rhinos take on 2011 MLS team Portland Timbers! RYP Volunteers: InterVol Medical Supply Sorting Party

Runs: July 20th
Times: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Location: InterVol
Description: RYP is having a volunteer event at InterVol. The RUMS project, or the Recycling of Unused Medical Supplies is a sorting of supplies for use in third world countries. InterVol has been and continues to be actively involved in providing needed medical supplies to assist in the crisis in Haiti.
Volunteers are needed to sort items such as gauze, exam gloves, gowns and catheters. No medical knowledge is necessary. This project helps to reduce the waste that ends up in landfills while helping world citizens in need. InterVol has been and continues to be actively involved in providing needed medical supplies to assist in the crisis in Haiti. RYP Social

Location: Heat & One, East End
Description: Join RYP on Thurs July 22nd for a social like we have never held before. Two venues in one night on two beautiful rooftop decks!

We will start the night at 6pm at Heat Nightclub, located at 336 East Avenue, in the old location of "Tonic" and "Soho." Heat is an all new nightclub with a Vegas vibe, VIP booths, and an great outdoor deck that gives amazing vistas of the downtown skyline.

Heat approached RYP with a request to help bring an 'upscale clientèle' back to the venue. To encourage us to attend, they have arranged for:

- Drinks specials all evening, $2 bud and bud lights, $3 well drinks, and $4 call drinks.
- Free Cam's Pizzeria pizza, appetizers, and pasta
- Free samples of Vital Energy Water
- Meet and greet with future judge James Piampiano running for Monroe County Court, interested in the opinions and feedback of Young Professionals in Rochester

At 7:30pm the mixer will walk over to One, Restaurant and Lounge, located at 1 Ryan Alley, behind Mex and the Pita Pit. One has new management and they would like to "re" introduce you to the new One, bringing upscale nightlife back to Rochester. We will take advantage of the outdoor deck of One located on the 2nd floor. One will be providing drink specials all evening.
- Members can network, meet new people, or just have a good time! You make our socials what you want them to be.
- Free parking is located behind Heat off Lawrence St.
- Valet parking is available at One, located at the front doors of the restaurant on Ryan Alley.
- Please stick around after the event and enjoy dinner or drinks at One, or drinks and dancing at Heat.

Party in the Park

Location: Exchange Blvd.
Description: Since 1997, the Party in the Park free concert series has brought thousands of music fans to downtown Rochester on Thursday evenings from 5 to 10 p.m.This year, the series returns to the Riverside Festival Site at the corner of Exchange Boulevard and Court Street to accommodate the ever expanding crowds.

CDR Gala

Description: Celebrate 20 years of the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) at this year’s CDR ADA Gala at the Radisson Riverside Hotel, from 6:00 P.M.–12 A.M. We’re proud to welcome Dance>Detour, Chicago’s first professional "diverse-abilities” dance company, comprised of multi-talented artists with and without disabilities. The company’s work is solely dedicated to exploring movement possibilities that include dancers of varying abilities who collaborate creatively together as EQUALS.

Dance>Detour grounds its work in the diversity of its dancers, celebrating their physical, ethnic, generational, cultural, and artistic differences. Their work includes many forms of dance alongside acting, singing, writing, and other media. Dance>Detour effectively demonstrates that capable artists with disabilities EXIST and make significant contributions to the arts.

The evening includes a sit-down dinner with friends and family, and promises to be a good time for all.
