Hi RATS!

Sorry so late with this. Tomorrow's long bike is cancelled.

Please join me for the Rochester Running Park Ave Festival Run at 8:45 am.

Check their website, I believe we're meeting at 110 Park Ave for a 3 mile run. The roads will be closed for the festival.
