Looking for information about Irish Roches, My grandmother was Mary
(minnie) Roche and she married John Edward Kavanagh at Wexford in
1900... That is all I have going back...I would like info about them
and their ancestors please...

I can't figure out the real background of my family.   For example, I am unable to determine if the Roche's in Western Florida are from the Acadians who were from France and lived in Nova Scotia, and then went to Louisiana, or if they migrated directly from France to New Orleans.

Was this couple in the county or the city? Do you have even a rough idea of
their ages?
There is the free census of Ireland search for 1901 and 1911 where there are
many Kavanaghs, both John (no 'John Edward' seems to be listed in 1901) and
Mary.
There are the Ancestry.co passenger lists for the USA and Canada, if they
did not remain in Ireland but unless you have a little more information -
such as where they went (USA/Canada/UK) it would be exceedingly difficult
to locate them.

What I mean is that if you can find them on the Irish census (1901) it may
give some clues to previous generations. Roche is a common surname in the SE
of Ireland, particularly in counties Wexford and Cork. Many would have
Norman French origins.
