Roche Family

Looking for any info. on family history going back to Kilkenny,
Ireland.

Joe, my branch of the Roche family came from Bordeau, France.  They migrated to the United States in the 1780's, and travelled to New Orleans, then a French colony.  The Irish branch was part of the Roche group that invaded in I believe 1066, but it is quite distant.  The Irish branch is related to the mother of princess Di.

Hello Edward

 

  My parents came to the US in 1959 from Ireland.  My dad, Martin Roche is from Kilkenny.  His parents are Thomas and

Eileen (Buggy) Roche.  Eileen is from Waterford.  My mother is an O'Flaherty from Spidal, Co. Galway.  I believe our family

goes back to the same branch related to Frances Roche too.. Princess Diana's mother  but I'm not 100% sure.

As far as I'm told my branch of the Roche family immigrated from France to Canada eventually settling in Tucson Arizona

hi im paul roche my grandfather came frm there james roche born 1920 or
22 same name has his dad .however my grand father was sent to grow up
in cork .i no he had a hard time and would never talk of the rest of
his family where at 16 he joined the british army he married mary
collins frm belfast had a son and daughter james and lydia my mum
married .patrick roach had a family of 9 but 5 died young left me and 3
sisters karen patrica and heather ive 3 kids paul karen and alison and
drandaughter lisa marie

family he joined the british army at 16 royal core of transport came a
sargent major he married mary collins frm belfast they had 2 kids james
and lydia my mum .she married patrick roach they had 9 kids 5 died
young witch left me and 3 sisters karen heather patricia.ive 3 karen
