Going away movie & sleep-over -- tonight!

As most of you already know, I'm going to be moving away from Rochester
soon--and by 'soon' I mean Monday. Bree and I are going to drive all
across the country over the next couple of weeks, arriving in California
for Christmas, and then taking up residence in Pasadena where I will be
(still as a UR student) working at the Caltech LIGO Laboratory, and she'll
be going to Pasadena City College. Then in August we're moving again, to
Louisiana, where I will be working at the LIGO Livingston Observatory for
a year. After that: unknown. So this is where the elaborate quest of
grad school is taking me.
But! Before I go! I invite you to my house TONIGHT to watch the movie
'Real Genius'[*] (a campy 80's film involving a thinly guised parady of

Also if possible we'll fire up the wood stove and heat up some apple
cider, and you are welcome to sleep over.
