new release 0.6.0

After almost 2 years we have created a new release. There are lots of changes and a separate branch has been created for supporting future bug fixes and patches. The 0.6.0 has been stable for multiple months and we found it important to make a release before integrating new major changes. 

BEWARE: Anyone on trunk should be aware of huge changes taking place during end december and january. We are merging in developmnet which has taken place during the last couple of month. Major changes include: 

- math library from lapack/blas to eigen

- plugin structure

- serialization structure

- xml parser framework 

- workcell loader

Soooo, please change to use branches/release-0.6.0 if you want something stable. We will keep updating this release with bugfixes and minor patches.
