RobWork 0.4 Release

Hi All
After a long time we are now ready with version 0.4.

To make it easier for users we have chosen to bundle RobWork,
RobWorkStudio and RobWorkHardware into a single package. We have two
different Windows installers one targeted at MinGW/Eclipse and on at
Visual Studio. For Linux and Mac users we have a source download
including the CMake files necessary to compile.
