robustirc-bridge v1.4 released

Hey,

I have just released robustirc-bridge v1.4. All users are strongly encouraged to upgrade, as this version comes with much better detection of network failures. Previous versions could get stuck for O(hours) in certain failure situations (when a host entirely disappears on the network level without closing connections).

The docker container https://registry.hub.docker.com/u/robustirc/bridge/ has been updated.

The robustirc-bridge 1.4-1 Debian package has been uploaded to Debian unstable and will likely enter Debian testing in the upcoming week.
