Face Detection using The Robot Vision Toolkit - not found error

If you are getting a face detect dll not found error!!!!!
I have test installing the Robot Vision Toolkit on various machines.
During this testing I found that some run-time componants are not
being installed by the installer.
This causes a error when trying to load the Face Detection DLL.
The fix is easy, simply download the Microsoft runtime installer from
here ( files directory of the robotsee users group ):

Unzip the file, and double click to install.
