Partially Records

This product is such a great idea! I have heard of proprietary tools
developed like this but none that was open for use like this!
I went ahead and activated my domain using the text file and also
tested out how my sessions would record yesterday. I browsed the site
I was tracking several times yesterday afternoon, evening and this
morning. The odd thing was that it would record my actions only on
some of the pages. I put the javascript code in my master template so
it is on each of the pages I visit. On each page I have been double
checking if this is also in the source. The code is definitely
there. My sessions, however only seem to record on particular pages.
It still hasn't recorded any actions on the home page.
I was curious to see if other people encountered anything similar? I
read the other messages and didn't see situations where it was
partially working.
