SSL Support

I inserted the script into the head of our pages but have since had to
take it off because I realized that it was causing trouble for our
visitors when checking out due to the lack of SSL support.

Quite a few sessions do appear to have been recorded however, but when
I try to play them I get an image of my web page with no movement. Is
this because I have already had to take off the script on the site so
the playback it being affected to or is this because it's just not
working?

There doesn't appear to be much activity on this tool lately and I
think it's a great tool! Has anyone else experienced this too?

Hi There,

We're working on a new version of RobotReplay, and have been for some
time. The goal is to re-release mid May. I'm not sure if we'll have
SSL support right away but it is in the roadmap.
