Activation in googlepage

For the sake of me I was not able to provide RobotReplay with the
proper .txt file required

In googlepages all I can do is http://contestquebec.googlepages.com/emhktlsr.txt
Googlepages will not capitalize letter (if required) but most
importantly will not provide the 3W at the beginning of the URL as in
http://www.contestquebec.googlepages.com/emhktlsr.txt

Could this be the problem with my account activation.?


Ps: I read a little article in The Montreal Gazette today about this
service this is how I came to get wind of RobotReplay. If this is
working as explained I predict a great success to yr biz.
