Replay not working for long sessions

I noticed the replay is inconsistent.
For sesions that are 5 minutes, it doesn't play properly (nothing
shows up ). Those are my most critical ones as my users are stuck on
certain pages.
Any reason for that? Or is there a fix?
I am using FF3 to view it.

Hi Alvin,
It may be FF3 we haven't done any testing in the current version for
FF3, stay tuned the next version is coming and we have been testing in
all major browsers. You'll be able to sort for longer sessions a lot
easier too:)
