Replays won't load

I just installed robot replay, and it worked fine for the first replay
but currently when I go to load replay videos the video screen will
appear as maybe a 200x200 box in the upper left corner of my screen,
load, and display nothing. I've tried it in IE6, Firefox, and Safari
on a windows machine and Firefox and Opera on a linux machine (opera
loads the full screen but just hangs on replay).
Is there something I'm missing here, or is this just the beta working
