RL2 updates

Hello all,

We've just finished what should be the last major changes to the RL2 framework codebase. So, if you've been waiting for things to settle down before trying out RL2, now would be a good time to give it a spin. There are still some issues on the tracker that need to be tackled, but after that we'll be moving into beta. Any and all feedback welcome.

p.s. If you were worried that the framework codebase was looking incredibly verbose, you should be happy to find that things have tidied up quite nicely. "Core" is gone and all framework classes have been flattened into "framework". Many classes have also been dropped altogether. Have a look:

Extension authors: sorry, you will need to update your extensions.. again!

I've updated a few readmes - some still had refs to require, and I think the new Context(extensions...) is not valid any more.

I've put a note in - search for "Shaun" and you'll find it.
