Robotlegs 2 - SignalCommandMap Extension

Hello!

I have updated the naming and structure of the extension to reflect
Shaun's intended best practices(

). This has resulted in my repo name changing, thus the link to it has
changed. Sorry for that gap but it is all about geting things "right".

The new repo URL is:

The example App (mxml) can still be found here:

I am going to start getting the unit tests back in order and will
update the lit when that is complete.
