Hi everyone!

I don't know I am writing this right or wrong but I know that I am dedicated to the club and want to see the progress of the robotics club. So, although I am not the authorized person for calling the meeting, I am doing so, thinking that our great chance is going to be missed.

As we have only few days remaining for the registration for the international competation "TECHFEST 2010". Actually I don't know what is the actual problem in the robotics club going on. But also I know that this is affecting the club very much. So, why can't we discuss about the problem freely by sitting together. let's meet together and find the problem solution. And move to the mission of the robotics club.

As dashami is starting from 19 of sept. Must of the member have already gone their home for celebrating it. But also our registration time is going to the end, let's meet together on 20th sept at 8:00 AM on the robotics club.

My purposed agenda for this meeting:

1. About the dispute of the members and their resignation issue.

2. Our future plan for partcipation in "TECHFEST 2010" and Progress on the projects of the "LOCUS".

3. Procedure for taking new member to the club.

Hopping to get reply from all the members. Without your response this program can't be successful. I would also like to invite all 2009 members in this meeting. Let's not waste time.
