Robot Framework Web Based Docs Manager and Sublime 2/3 Plugin

Hello Robot Framework Users!

I wrote these apps because:
--  on the project I worked before we had ~1000 libraries across all versions(+regression)&products.
Product is OS based on FreeBSD. We tested CLI (huge set of commands), WebUI(a lot of pages) interfaces +functionality.
-- we could not use RIDE normally because we worked on remote servers.
-- keeping all the docs as is (each in separate tab) is an overkill, which makes search of needed keywords a real adventure )).

Wonderful work Andriy!
I would be great to have this system available for cloning.
This way we could upload our own libraries there.
I promise to visit your site every time I will use this system locally.. :)
