I am still unable to connect the dots. 

Here are the questions.

1) We have Testlink, Project, Test plan, build, test cases 

2) each test case may have multiple steps

3) Robot framework Automation executes each steps and creates logs. 

4) We are linking Testlink, Project, Test plan, build, test cases by configuring in Jenkins

5) The Jenkins Build calls Test Link API. How will the step execution will be understood and update in Test Link.

Jenkins does its part because Testlink is creating automatic builds. But It shows as "Not Run"

states it is not jenkins issue and it is closed. 

Is it expected that step actions should match the keyword in Robot automation?

Also Can someone help me getting the output xml sample sent to Testlink to compare. 

Any help will be greatly appreciated. 

I am trying to send email to Testlink support, Jenkins support, Robot Framwork support and PyCharm Support. It is getting punted by everyone stating that is not their support. 

This is the problem with open source.
