Robot Framework 4.1.1 rc 1 has been released!

Hi all,

Robot Framework 4.1.1 is mostly a bug fix release, but it also adds
official support for the forthcoming Python 3.10 release.

Please test the release candidate in your environment to make sure the
final release will be as bug free as possible. The final release is
planned for Wednesday September 8.
