I don't think you can. You can just launch QTP test script from RF user keyword call (Run Keyword to do executable/shell execution). Or you can have QTP script launch RF test case/suite. But that's likely about it. Because QTP doesn't offer a modular API to be called by other tools outside QTP and RF itself is not a test library/tool but a framework so you don't really want to call RF from QTP either.

That is a confusing response. So your employer/organization already integrates them both? And you want to find out how they did it? Or you want to find out how others outside your organization do it?

If the former, why don't you ask people within your organization to figure that out? They would have the best answer. If the latter, I don't know of anyone or any organization that has integrated the two that has also publicly mentioned or documented that.
