Can consider Sikuli (create own library in Python, or use basic
library in Java), see references here:

Or use AutoItLibrary:
http://code.google.com/p/robotframework-autoitlibrary/
Or build your own library using White automation tool or other .NET
based tools that support Silverlight. Some ideas here:
