Hi all,

I'm trying to use the 'Press Key' keyword using named case 'ARROW_DOWN' but seems to be not working.. The robot is writing 'ARROW_DOWN' in the dropdown field, insted to 'press' the arrow key for down move..

I try to use unicode and \\code for the arrow keys , but didn't worked too..

How can I use this key to this kind of element?

Am I missing something??

thanks,

Ugh

Would you mind telling what library you are using and the version of the library, which you are using to interact with the SUT.

Ugh

As far I recall, pressing arrow keys is not supported, but we are working a enhancement for it [1]

Hello, what's the progress for ARROW keys in selenium2library?
Is it already implemented? I found nothing about it in the github..
Thanks

Ugh

There is an issue: https://github.com/robotframework/Selenium2Library/issues/667

And there is a pull request: https://github.com/robotframework/Selenium2Library/pull/666

But the pull request needs some work before it can be merged to the master. But you should be able to make the keys work if you send the corresponding ASCII character.
