URLError: [Errno 10061] no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

Hi!

I am a new user of Selenium2Library and robotframework and I have a issue with chromedirver, I think, because when I run a test, this fails on the Open Browser command and show the error in subject.

I deactivate de firewall, execute all the binaries with admin permission and this doesn't work.

I would appreciate any help!

Did you disable the proxy server as well? It is a common problem for communication between the client side of Selenium and the driver server to get unknowingly routed through the proxy which rejects it because it is local.
