    Is python 3.6 will support the 'HttpLibrary.HTTP' Library?

    if yes please help me with how to install or upgrade the version.

So far as I know that Library is only supported on Python 2.x. Basically because on Python 3.x there is a change in how the string are handled (among others that I don't know).

The ones that made the HttpLibrary left the proyect aside so is no more updates :(

Well depends in what do you need, but so far you can use the  HTTP RequestsLibrary (Python) (you can find it in the official page of RF with his documents) or you can try this one I just read it but don't have any experience with this ( https://github.com/Accruent/robotframework-zoomba) also is on the official page too
