Not able to run the Robot framework

Hi,

 I am new to Robot frame work, After installing  Robot frame work I am trying to  open www.google.com  in chrome browser , but when i  run the framework , Google chrome i  crashing and getting this error
"[ WARN ] Keyword 'Capture Page Screenshot' could not be run on failure: error: [Errno 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it"

Soneone please help in solving this

Ugh

I recall seeing this type of problem, but unfortunately I don't recall the solution. Therefore I am going to make some educated assumptions. 

1) Windows and it's locks are usually really painful. There is a simple solution, reboot windows and try again. 

2) Firewall might block connections. Normally firewall ask a permission when new traffic is seen first time. If you didn't allow it, please configure the firewall properly.

3) Windows user account control, UAC. UAC might prevent something and it might be good idea to lover the UAC settings and try testing again.

4) Run as Windows administrators. Running tests might require running them as administrator. 

As said, these are just assumptions, but they are worth to try out.

Hi , Sorry for incomplete error description , Here is the screenshot of the error which i am getting,

Firefox is working fine, but IE and Chrome is not working but my  application only support IE and Chrome.

Ugh

If from command line, you say: "chromedriver --version" and run the command from a folder which does not contain the chromedriver.exe. Then do you get the same error?

 Python version is : 2.7.14

 Chrome Driver version is : 2.36

 Google Chrome version is : 65

Selenium version : 3.10

Windows : 10 enterprise

No worries. Then I would assume that this is comparability issue between Chrome, ChromeDriver and/or Selenium. I would first update all to the latest version and give it a second try.
