Hi guys  am totally  new  ( beginner)   just started following the beginners online course Robot frame works .  Am trying to install robotframe work  using the command : 
pip install robotframework . i get message in the command window :  pip is not recognized.  Help  advise  how i can proceed , what am i doing wrong ? i would like to install robotframework on my windows laptop  for  the first time .

You need to install PIP.
Google it and follow instructions

When you install Python on windows, check that the option "Include Python to env"  or something like that is marked

That allows to call Python from anywhere
