Depends which kind of result you are looking for. Example there is https://pypi.org/project/flaky-tests-detection/ and https://pypi.org/project/failures-analysis/ for doing failure analysis on errors.

Is there any plugin that will actually display the tests results inside Github Actions? Right now, at the end of the execution we have an archive containing output files.
