Any libraries to manipulate IP address?

are there any libraries to manipulate IP address? How to distinguish between a string (1.1.1.1) and IP address (1.1.1.1) in robot?

like say I need to add IP address 1.1.1.1 with 1, in python I can get 1.1.1.2 by using ipaddress library. Is there something available in robot natively to do this?

. You are referring to this: https://docs.python.org/3/library/ipaddress.html right? If you are not reffing to that would you mind explaining what is the thing you are referring to?

Ugh

I don't recall seeing a library being build on top of that. If Google does not find it for you, then most likely it doesn't exist. But the good news is that building libraries is easy in Robot Framework. For more details, see http://robotframework.org/robotframework/latest/RobotFrameworkUserGuide.html#creating-test-libraries
