I have numerous test case files in my setup that contain data and I always
add headers. The intersection of the data headers and column numbers leaves
a 'button' as shown in the attached .pngfile. If this 'button' is clicked
RIDE shuts down without warning and all changes are lost.

RIDE version 1.4
Python 2.7.6
OS - Xubuntu 14.04 LTS "Trusty Tahr" - Release amd64 (20140416.2)
