Robot Framework 3.0.4 released

Hi all,

The earlier RF 3.0.3 had some regressions related to using dictionary
variables. Use the familiar

pip install --upgrade robotframework

to install it and see the release notes for more details:

This release is also available in the Maven Central as a standalone
JAR distribution:
http://search.maven.org/#search%7Cga%7C1%7Ca%3Arobotframework

Hopefully we can now finally start RF 3.1 development! For an initial
