Robot Framework 3.1.2

Hi all,

Robot Framework 3.1.2 has been released! It contains few fixes, nice
new features, and some minor deprecations related to the test data
syntax that pave the way towards the new test data parser in Robot
Framework 3.2. These deprecations are small and shouldn't affect many
users, but if there are lot of problems we can still consider
deprecation and removal decisions. For more details about fixes,
features and deprecations see the release notes at

To install this version, simply run `pip install --upgrade robotframework`.
