Python Remote Server 1.1 released

Hello,

Python Remote Server 1.1 has been released with Python 3 support and
some other high priority enhancements. For more information about the
contents see the release notes:

There are no code changes since the Python Remote Server 1.1 release
candidate 2, so people already using it can safely upgrade.
