RemoteApplications 2.0 released

RemoteApplication has gone through a major rewrite and now we finally have the first new release out. This version supports Java 7, captures the output from started processes, can be executed from a maven job, and should not cause conflicts with logging configuration anymore.
The biggest changes for developers are probably the new build system, which is now based completely on maven, and greatly simplified tests.
There is still work to do with RemoteApplications and probably the next thing we will focus on is a new demo project. The currently available demo is outdated.
