Hi contestants,
Before the contest on Saturday, you will need to run qualifying runs with your robot.  A qualifying run is a 2 minute run where your robot runs without an opponent and the score is recorded.  You can run up to 3 qualifying runs and the highest score out of the 3 runs is used in seeding.  Robots that do not run any qualifying runs will be assigned a 0 score.

For the tournament, robots will be ranked according to qualifying scores and the top 10-12 (I don't have the bracket with me at the moment) robots will be seeded and guaranteed a spot in the double elimination bracket.  The remaining robots will be placed in a single elimination bracket to play into the double elimination bracket.

The last time to run a qualifying run will be 9:30pm on Friday.
