I have bought a voucher for a Student Account and claimed it, but do not have access to the courses

With your voucher you can give access to anyone who has a valid RoboMind Academy account. You can, for instance, buy a voucher for Student Accounts for your children or students who have their own (managed) accounts in the RoboMind Academy.

Claiming the voucher does therefore not automatically result in giving access to yourself.

To give access to yourself, add your account email to the box where it says "Select recipients" and push the green "Give Access" button.

After that log off/log on to enforce your new access rights and you are good to go.
