Every time that I try to log into my Robomind Academy account, it says that my account is disabled. What should I do?

Every time that I try to log into my Robomind Academy account, it says that my account is disabled. What should I do?

Most likely the account is not disabled. Rather is has never been enabled. To enable an account a student needs to click on the link in the confirmation email which is sent when you register. Most likely you have not clicked on that link.


Another reason may be that they have simply misspelled their email address such that no confirmation could be sent.


Yet another reason may be that the confirmation email ended up in the spam.
