Skills Qualifications to 2021 California State Championships
Invitations to 2021 California State Championship events from the Skills Rankings will be sent in the coming weeks depending on the platform (VIQC or VRC) and State Championship event date. Don't forget that teams can add themselves to the Waitlist for a State Championship event. Per the Qualifying Criteria, teams will be invited from the Waitlist based on event capacity. Thank you in advance for your patience as we continue to work to accommodate the altered season timeline!
Award judging at events for both the State Championships and Remote VEX Worlds will be conducted remotely. Our remote judges play a critical role in recognizing student-centered teams and helping our students grow as lifelong STEM learners.
If you are interested in serving as a remote judge for the State Championship events, please reach out to the Event Partner listed on RobotEvents.com.

Preparing for 2021-2022 Season
If you have a team that couldn't participate in the 2020-21 Competition Season due to the pandemic or other reasons but would like to participate in the 2021-22 Competition Season, please let me know. We have an informal group of coaches, led by one of our Event Partners, that is available and willing to support teams that need help rebooting their robotics program. This group will serve as a springboard for teams looking to restart next season. Stay tuned for more information!

Stay safe!
Sincerely,
Steve Rummell
