Theme It Up!
Give this year's game a theme! Using the exact same rules and definitions from the Game Manual, your team must create a story as to why the robots are competing on the field. The Theme It Up! Online Challenge submission must include a storyboard, visuals, and an explanation as to why robots must meet objectives, and names of game/field objects. The theme must use all the same rules as in the current Game Manual.

Game Animation
Create an animated video or simulation that shows and explains a VEX IQ, VRC, or VEX U Challenge game. This is your chance to get creative, invent a game, and demonstrate the game being played in a virtual environment. Construct a “real” game that is affordable, easily constructed by volunteers, obeys the laws of physics, has understandable rules, and is interesting for participants to play and audiences to watch.

Repurpose
We're challenging teams to give old VIQC, VRC, and/or VEX U game elements a new purpose! Consider how you can make something to assist a teacher or student in the classroom, or perhaps something for around the house. The sky is the limit with your creativity!

Educate Online
Help other schools and clubs learn from your team's experience! In this challenge, you'll create a video on a specific subject area that new teams can learn from. Although you'll have to create your own idea, possible areas for your video can include understanding how to analyze a game, how to build a specific mechanism such as a drive train, lifting arm, actuator, winch, etc., how to program using sensors, or how to best work as a team at a tournament. Use your imagination - the only restriction is that it must contain something useful for a new team to know about competition robotics!

The submission deadline for the Challenges above is June 1, 2021. Good luck, teams!
