View this email in your browser Improving the REC Foundation experience The REC Foundation is excited to announce that we’ve enhanced our support model to meet the needs of the growth of our programs, robotics teams, and Event Partners (EPs)! Staying true to our mission and vision, we are changing the current Regional Support Manager (RSM) model in the US regions to provide focused engagement specifically for teams and the events. All teams and EPs outside of the United States will continue to work with their Regional Support Manager. The enhanced support model now consists of two dedicated roles: Team Engagement Manager (TEM) and Event Engagement Manager (EEM).   What does a Team Engagement Manager (TEM) do? Engage and support current teams  Grow new teams Answer team-related questions  Provide valuable team resources   What does an Event Engagement Manager (EEM) do? Support current EPs Develop new EPs Coordinate with EPs to develop event schedules Answer event-related questions  Provide EP resources Why did we enhance our support model? Provide the highest level of customer service to our Coaches and Event Partners  Develop new and engaging programs for students Expand current programs and increase participation When will I know who will be supporting my event region? You will be contacted by your current RSM in August to introduce you to your TEM and EEM, or you can also review our Support page.   Thank you for being a valued member of our robotics community, advancing the growth of the REC Foundation.
