testing FusedLocationProviderClient (play-services-location)

I'm switching from Play Services Location LocationManager to FusedLocationProviderClient. Was using ShadowLocationManager which worked great. There is no ShadowFusedLocationProviderClient, a bit surprising since FusedLocationProviderClient came out in June 2017.

I tried to find current Robolectric roadmap but its almost 2 years old. Google should fund the Robolectric team better, so they can keep up with API changes. I don't see any PRs related to FusedLocationProviderClient.

Started writing my own ShadowFusedLocationProviderClient, borrowing from ShadowLocationManager but I don't know the internals of Robolectric so this is slow going. Anyone been down this road?
