how to update Robolectric without Maven

I'm using Eclipse and no Maven for my Android projects,
I downloaded the Robolectric 1.2 snapshot .jar with dependencies.
I downloaded the Robolectric 1.2 snapshot .jar with dependencies.
I see that new Shadow classes exist in the git repository,
what's the best way to update Robolectric without using Maven ?

If that is the case then something is wrong. When ci.robolectric.org builds successfully a new snapshot is supposed to be uploaded. We'll have to dig in and figure out what is wrong.

probably my fault. I didn't figure out that the 1.2-SNAPSHOT is something that is getting updated.
