Hacking + Glühwein

So now that the nights are getting colder I'm thinking of making up a batch of Glühwein at the space one night. If you're unfamiliar with it, it's basically the German variant of mulled wine, that is, tasty red wine flavoured with fruit and spices served hot. Simply put, it's the most perfect drink for winter weather! Obviously we all have to drive home at some point so I would only suggest one cup each (1 cup is pretty much a standard drink).

What I need to know is what night suits everyone best. It would be great if we can all get together one night for some hacking and socialising. Personally I'm keen for Mondays but happy to mix it up if we get more people. Let me know if you'll be making it

If you're not allowed to drink legally or simply don't that's cool too, come along anyway. Just want to warm up the atmosphere a little!

One of my German friends has suggested that I provide a non-alcohol based alternative for those that won't/can't have alcohol. Blackcurrent juice based Glühwein! So I'll be making a batch up of this also!

Also was thinking that it would be good to have a movie night as part of the event. I'm up for some 2001 A space Odyssey but happy to take suggestions.

As for a date, as this point I'm thinking Saturday 28th but happy to move it a couple of weeks if needed. Hacking through the day, movies at night.
