RoboCopy copy only part of the file name.

Hi guys.
need some help.
this .bat command works fine
RoboCopy "C:\Users\Gary\Desktop\Docs" "C:\Users\Gary\Google Drive\Chant\%Year%\%mm%-%dd%-%yyyy%" /MOV

but I need to copy only certain files from \Docs, for example starting with "CHA*.*" no matter what I try, I can not make it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
