ArbotiX/Arduino Installation

We've had some reports about problems installing the ArbotiX files for
the Arduino IDE. While I can't seem to replicate the issue on either
my Windows XP or Ubuntu boxes, users have reported that installing the
libraries and hardware/arbotix folders in their "sketchbook" doesn't
work. Everything does however work if you put the files in your
arduino folder. Specifically this has been reported under Windows XP
with a service pack 1 or 2 and Windows 7.
I've added some notes to the installation page, but figured I post it
here for good measure.
