Request RoboWiki account + enter pc.Wavelet 1.0

I'd like to enter a new bot in RoboRumble, but RoboWiki account creation

is restricted to administrators.

Please create a wiki account for me (username: JustinKong971013, email:x1k...@ucsd.edu),

and if possible add this line to RoboRumble/Participants (alphabetically):

pc.Wavelet 1.0,https://github.com/x1kong-ops/robocode-rumble/releases/download/v1.0/pc.Wavelet_1.0.jar
