If one were to come across a story called, "The Proper Care and Feeding of Boys," what would you assume, or make the story about?

If I were feeling horny at the time, I would probably think I have something here to feed him with LOL, and I certainly could CARE for him'

BUT seriously it sounds interesting do tell us what it is all about though.

That would depend on where I found the story. If it was on here, nifty, or another erotic story site, then I would expect it to be a story of erotic nature. If you could give us the premise of the story without giving too much away perhaps we could be of some help.

I agree with Capt. It depends on where you see the title. My pervy mind, immediately conjures images of a how to guide on "feeding" your young friend

I am a big believer in attention-grabbing tittles. Unique enough to make a reader open the story.  Afterall, isn't that what we want? I see titles like, "Me and Jim", Sucking Tony."  blah blah blah., spend time thinking of a title to make it stand out. I like your choice

"The Care and Feeding of Boys" sounds like a book giving guidance on how to raise an infant/toddler and raise him to not only be an object of desire, but a willing partner who loves their caretaker as much as they are loved in return.
