Roatan Phone troubles?

Just wondering if you can answer a question and I didn't want to post
to the entire Roatan list. Has the phone service with the new phone
numbers "settled down"? I realize that may depend on where within the
island I am talking about. I remember a few months ago everything was
kind of kooky.

Phone numbers seem to be pretty stable now--but changed. Sandra with
Tropical Rez put out a new phone book for biz numbers that has most of
them right.
But some are still not right--and some are still just not working yet.
It's still Honduras!
