Hello,
I just started using roast. How do I extract the current density and conductivity distributions from the roast results?

Thanks,
Enock.

Hi Enock,

roast assumes isotropic and homogeneous tissues in the head, so conductivity for each tissue is a scalar. You can multiply the conductivity to the E-field distribution to get the distribution of the current density.

Hope this helps.
